Manchester singer-songwriter Pip Millett has today shared her brand new single ‘Soon Enough’, the first in an upcoming trilogy of singles.
Pip has also announced details of a stripped-back intimate tour starting next month, including a hometown show at Manchester’s Locker on October 13th and London’s Hoxton Hall on October 14th, as well as dates in Paris, Amsterdam, Antwerp, Berlin and Cologne. Tickets are on sale now HERE.
A candid and vulnerable cut, ‘Soon Enough’ is a breathtaking return that showcases Pip’s crystal-clear, deeply rich vocals, dreamy melodics and storytelling prowess. The mellow track finds Pip expelling deep emotion into signature confessional lyricism carried by a chiffon-like, soulful instrumental. Speaking on the single, Pip says: “When I wrote ‘Soon Enough’ I was looking back at the grief I felt as a teenager after losing my dad and my response to it. It was a painful song to write as I felt a lot of shame around my actions but in writing this, I felt like I was letting go of something.”
