This week Mosca covered SBTRKT for a two-hour slot on Rinse FM, dropping some of his forthcoming material including his Vybz Kartel remix for Mixpak and tracks for 3024, along with new R1 Ryders, Skudge, Preditah and more.
After the huge release of the Flatlands Riddim earlier this year, NYC’s Federation Sound have given the whole project the remix treatment. Every corner is covered: Moombahton from Emynd, UK Funky from The Heatwave and uptempo dancefloor offerings from newbie Noah Issa, Nick Catchdubs and Blackhart, and personal favourite from Lighters Up (Kenny Meez & Jah T Jr) who flip the original into a full-on, bassed-up bashment track. They’re giving up Sickhead’s remix of Ward 21’s ‘Go Easy’ before the full release drops on October 18th:

This weekend Dre Skull had a featured mix on Australia’s Triple J radio, alongside other exclusive mixes from Drop The Lime, All The Lights and Diplo. The mix features some forthcoming Mixpak productions from Dubbel Dutch and Bert on Beats, not to mention a ton of white labels and remixes.
