Popcaan’s “Silence” video is out tomorrow at 11 am NY/JA time! The visual for “Silence” follows a monumental 2018 for Popcaan, as he took his sound around the world with the release his highly-anticipated sophomore album Forever, culminating in a historic sold-out performance in London at Wembley Arena. Later that month, he returned home for his own Unruly Festival in St. Thomas and released the “Dun Rich” video with Davido. The new video serves as the first offering from Popcaan in 2019, a documentary-style portrait of life in his inner circle. Shot at intimate locations, from his childhood home, to his grandmother’s church, to his riverside hangout, it’s an insight into one of the defining voices of Jamaica today.
